Dr. Umar J. Alvi is an anesthesiologist with more than 30 years of experience in medical and allied health sciences. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and a Diploma in Anaesthesiology (DA). Currently, Dr. Umar is serving as Director of Administration at Hussain Memorial Hospital and its subsidiary Hussain College of Health Sciences, affiliated with the Government College University Faisalabad for the last 12 years. He has a special interest in intensive care.

Prof. Umar Farooq is an academician and researcher by profession and holds a Ph.D. in Food Technology. Currently, he is serving as a professor at the Department of Food Science & Technology, Muhammad Nawaz Shareef (MNS) University of Agriculture, Multan, Pakistan. He has undertaken 15 funded projects as principal or co-principal investigator, which amounted to 110.51 million Pakistani rupees. Dr. Umar has 69 international peer-reviewed publications with an approximate accumulated impact factor of 135.231 and has authored two books and contributed 11 chapters to the edited books. Moreover, he has presented his work at various national and international scientific forums. In addition to his duties, Dr. Umar is working as Chairman Department of Food Science & Technology, Additional Director of ORIC and Principal Officer of Academics, and Chairman Admission Committee at his parent university. Furthermore, he has supervised several M.Phil. and Ph.D. students. His area of research is food microbiology, food nutrition, food safety and quality, and food science and technology.

Dr. Abdul Momin Rizwan Ahmad is a registered dietitian/nutritionist and public health specialist with extensive experience in Nutrition and public health. He holds dual Bachelor's degrees, dual master's degrees, and a Ph.D. in Food & Nutrition. A Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (UK) and certified in Clinical Research from the National Institutes of Health (USA), he currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics, National University of Medical Sciences, Rawalpindi. Additionally, Dr. Abdul Momin is a Consultant Clinical Dietitian at Ali Medical Centre, Islamabad. With over 10 years of teaching and research experience, and 6 years in clinical practice, he has published 26 research papers and presented at over 50 national and international conferences. His research interests include public health nutrition, food fortification, non-communicable diseases, and micronutrient deficiencies.

Dr. Farhan Hameed Khaliq is a dynamic and results-driven professional leader with an extensive background in overseeing academic administration and supporting new startups to transform their ventures into state-of-the-art educational institutions as a consultant. He is a pharmacist by profession and holds M.Phil. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and pursuing his Ph.D. in Pharmacy from the University of Karachi, Pakistan. Currently, he is serving Hussain College of Health Sciences, affiliated with Government College University Faisalabad, as Director of Academics. In addition, Dr. Farhan has more than 13 years of research experience and has published several research articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals.

Ms. Zeenaf Aslam, a distinguished Ph.D. scholar in Nursing and Assistant Professor at the University College of Nursing, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, Pakistan, is an accomplished academic and researcher in the field of nursing. With a robust background in Clinical Nursing, Nursing Education, Pediatric Nursing, and Behavioral Sciences, and a particular focus on the psychological well-being of primary caregivers for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Ms. Aslam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Her commitment to the advancement of nursing practice and education is evident through her extensive portfolio of peer-reviewed publications in both national and international journals, as well as her active engagement in scientific forums and project supervision at the postgraduate level. Ms. Aslam’s expertise is further underscored by her successful completion of numerous professional development courses, enhancing her skills in research methodology and scientific inquiry.

Atif currently holds the position of Assistant Manager at Blue Sapphire Trading Group of Companies in the United Arab Emirates. Bringing over five years of diverse experience as a manager, clinical dietician, and academician, he earned his M.Sc. (Hons) in Food Science & Technology from MNS-University of Agriculture, Multan. Atif has showcased his expertise and contributions to his field through several presentations at both national and international scientific platforms. His research spans a wide array of interests, including human nutrition and dietetics, food and nutrition, public health nutrition, food safety, and quality management. Beyond his academic achievements, Atif also leads the Nutritionist and Dietitians Society Pakistan as its President, where his dedication to health promotion plays a crucial role in enhancing public understanding of the significance of nutrition and a balanced lifestyle. Atif’s profound knowledge and practical experience in clinical dietetics and nutrition position him as a pivotal figure within Pakistan’s academic and scientific communities.

Dr. Zeeshan Habib, PT, is currently pursuing his MS in Rehabilitation Sciences from Superior University Lahore, Pakistan, with a focus on Physical Rehabilitation, Pain Management, Therapeutic Exercise, Neurological Physical Therapy, Manual Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Electrotherapy, Biomechanics, and Ergonomics. With over three years of experience as a faculty member at Hussain College of Health Sciences, affiliated with Government College University Faisalabad, Dr. Zeeshan has effectively mentored undergraduate students in allied health sciences. His extensive expertise in physical therapy and rehabilitation sciences makes him a valuable contributor to research and academic projects, demonstrating his dedication to the advancement of the field.

Prof. Madhura Jayasinghe is a Senior Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. With over 10 years of research and teaching experience, his expertise spans Food Science, Human Nutrition, and ICT applications in Nutritional Sciences. Prof. Jayasinghe’s research focuses on the applications of plant ingredients in managing diabetes and chronic diseases. He has published widely in indexed journals, authored several books, and has contributed to the development of educational resources for government schools in Sri Lanka. His work has earned him numerous accolades, including the Most Congenial Professional award by the Development Academy of the Philippines and recognition as one of the Best Young Researchers by the International Foundation for Science in Sweden.
